Buying glass bottles in bulk requires confirming the bottle specifications, quantity, customization, packaging and delivery. Jingbo Group reviews each project before confirming the available options, MOQ, price, samples and lead time.
Jingbo Group is a glass bottle manufacturer and packaging supplier based in Shandong, China.
We support bottle selection, custom design, mold development, surface decoration, closures, export packaging and international delivery arrangements. The services included in each project are confirmed according to the customer’s requirements.
No. An existing mold means that the bottle can be produced without developing a new mold. It does not necessarily mean that finished bottles are currently available.
Stock changes regularly. Before confirming an in-stock order, Jingbo Group checks the available quantity, bottle condition and current packaging arrangement.
MOQ depends on the bottle category, size, weight, production method, decoration and packaging requirements.
Wine and spirits bottles commonly start at around 10,000 pieces. Food jars commonly start at around 20,000 pieces. Perfume, aromatherapy and other small-format bottles may require approximately 100,000 pieces.
For in-stock bottles, the MOQ is generally not lower than 3,000 pieces. Depending on the bottle model, available stock and packaging requirements, the minimum quantity may be 3,000, 6,000 or 12,000 pieces.
A trial order may be possible when the selected bottle is currently in stock. However, even for in-stock bottles, the minimum order quantity is generally not lower than 3,000 pieces.
Some bottle models may require 6,000 or 12,000 pieces because of the available stock quantity or packaging arrangement.
Send us the bottle model or a reference image with your required quantity. We will check the current stock and confirm the minimum quantity available.
Mixed loading may be possible, but each bottle model must first meet its own production MOQ or available stock quantity.
Quantities from different models cannot automatically be combined to meet the MOQ of one production run. Feasibility also depends on packaging, production schedules, container space and destination.
Please provide the intended contents, bottle capacity, required quantity, destination country, preferred closure and decoration requirements.
You can also send a reference image, technical drawing, product link or physical sample. If you already have a cap, cork, label or filling-line requirement, include those specifications.
Yes. Send us a clear photograph, drawing, website image or physical bottle sample. We will compare it with our existing bottle range and recommend the closest available models.
A photograph alone may not show the exact capacity, dimensions, weight or neck finish. We may request additional measurements before confirming compatibility.
Yes. If an existing bottle already has the required shape, capacity and neck finish, it can normally be customized without developing a new bottle mold.
Options may include spray coating, screen printing, decals, frosting, hot stamping, labels, shrink sleeves, closures and export packaging.
A new mold is required when the bottle structure itself must change.
Yes. Jingbo Group can develop a custom glass bottle from a sketch, technical drawing, reference image, physical sample or initial idea.
Before mold development, we review the shape, capacity, dimensions, weight, neck finish, closure fit, molded details and decoration areas.
Please provide the intended contents, target capacity, preferred dimensions, closure type, expected order quantity and any embossed, debossed or decoration requirements.
For special processing conditions, provide the filling temperature, internal pressure, pasteurization method, cooling process and storage conditions.
A typical custom glass bottle mold project costs around USD 1,200. The final price depends on bottle size, mold configuration, structural complexity, neck finish and molded details.
Surface-decoration samples, additional changes and international courier charges are calculated separately.
Mold machining normally takes 7–15 business days after the final technical drawing is approved and the agreed tooling payment is received.
The first undecorated trial bottles are usually completed within a total of 15–20 business days.
For standard and larger custom bottle formats, the initial production MOQ commonly ranges from approximately 6,000 to 12,000 bottles.
Perfume, aromatherapy and other small-format bottles normally require a much higher quantity. The exact MOQ is confirmed after technical review.
The tooling fee may be applied as a discount to a later order after the cumulative order quantity reaches the agreed level.
The general reference is 100,000 bottles for standard or larger formats and 200,000 bottles for small-format bottles.
A dedicated mold is reserved for the customer’s project and is not used to produce bottles for other customers.
The mold can remain at our factory for repeat orders. If the customer wants to receive it, transfer, packing and shipping costs are confirmed separately.
Yes. Available options include corks, wood-top stoppers, synthetic stoppers, aluminum-top stoppers, glass stoppers, screw caps, tamper-evident caps, crown caps and swing-top closures.
The bottle neck finish, closure dimensions, liner, gasket and sealing method must be checked together.
Suitability cannot be confirmed from appearance or capacity alone. Please provide the actual filling temperature, pressure, capping method, holding time, cooling method and pasteurization conditions.
The complete bottle and closure system should be validated under the customer’s actual production conditions before commercial use.
Jingbo Group offers screen printing, decal printing, spray coating, acid etching or frosting, hot stamping, metallization, laser engraving, labeling and shrink sleeves.
Embossed and debossed logos are formed through the bottle mold and therefore require a mold review.
Vector files such as AI, editable PDF or EPS are preferred. Please also provide the required artwork size, position and color information.
If an exact brand color is important, provide the Pantone number or an approved physical color reference.

A physical sample should be tested when closure fit, sealing, color or filling-line performance is important.
Bulk production begins after Jingbo Group receives written approval by email or WhatsApp.
The schedule depends on the bottle model, quantity, glass color, decoration, closure, packaging method and current production plan.
The confirmed lead time is stated in the formal quotation or pro forma invoice after the order details are approved.
Bottles are checked against the approved drawing, physical sample and written order requirements.
Inspection may cover appearance, dimensions, capacity, weight, neck finish, closure fit, decoration, quantity and packaging.
Options include cartons with cardboard dividers, bottles packed directly on pallets with dividers and layer pads, and divided cartons secured on pallets.

The payment method, deposit, balance and payment schedule are stated in the formal quotation and pro forma invoice.
