Customize the Bottle Around Your Product
We can adjust the bottle shape, capacity, dimensions, glass color, weight and neck finish to suit spirits, wine, food, fragrance and other products.
Choose from corks, glass stoppers, screw caps and other closures. Branding can be added through embossing, printing, decals, coating, frosting or hot stamping. If you already have a closure, label, filling line or carton size, send those specifications with your inquiry.

From Confirmed Design to Glass Sample
After we confirm the shape, capacity, dimensions, closure and branding details, our technical team prepares the bottle drawing and checks whether the design can be formed reliably in glass.
We then select a suitable existing mold or develop a new one. Trial bottles are produced so you can check the appearance, capacity, dimensions and closure fit before bulk production.

Production, Decoration and Delivery
Once the sample is approved, Jingbo Group can handle bulk production, decoration, closures and export packaging. Available finishes include screen printing, decals, coating, frosting, hot stamping and embossing.
Before shipment, we check the bottles against the approved sample and send loading photos by email. We arrange delivery to the agreed destination and keep you updated on the shipment.
