How we started
Yuncheng, Shandong, has been shaping glass for over 400 years. What began with artisans blowing bottles by hand has grown into one of the world’s most concentrated glass manufacturing hubs — producing over 60% of China’s hand-blown glassware.
We grew up in this tradition. Our craftsmen learned from their fathers, and their fathers before them. That instinct for glass — how it flows, how it catches light, how it protects what’s inside — it runs deep here.

Founded in 2009 in Shandong, Jingbo Group supplies factory-direct glass bottles for food packaging and personal care. We offer 300+ bottle series, OEM/ODM support, and export-ready packing for global buyers.

Premium Glass Bottle Manufacturer For Brand Packaging
Melting & Forming
Our 8 production lines run on both blow-and-blow (B&B) and press-and-blow (P&B) methods, handling soda-lime and high-white flint glass. Furnace temperature controlled at 1,500–1,600°C. Daily output exceeds 500,000 bottles across round, square, oval, and custom geometric shapes. Mold changeover in under 4 hours — fast switch between orders.
Decoration & Finishing
All decoration is done in-house — no outsourcing, no delays. We operate 6-color screen printing lines, automatic hot stamping machines, acid frosting tanks, electrostatic spray coating booths, and UV metallization units. Surface treatments include frost, gradient coating, pearl finish, and metallic lacquer. Tempered curing at 550°C for print durability. Label application and shrink-sleeve fitting available.
Quality Control
Inline inspection with automated vision systems checks wall thickness, mouth diameter, and verticality on every bottle. Batch-level testing includes thermal shock resistance (ΔT ≥ 42°C), internal pressure (≥ 1.2 MPa), and impact resistance. Post-decoration checks for color consistency, adhesion (tape test), and surface defects. Full traceability from batch number to shipping date.
Mold Engineering
In-house mold workshop with CNC engraving and precision casting. New mold from 3D drawing to first sample in 30 days. We maintain 300+ existing molds — most available for immediate production with zero tooling cost. Mold life: 800,000–1,000,000 pieces per set. All molds stored and maintained for repeat orders.
Packing & Logistics
Standard export packing: shrink-wrapped pallets, dividers, and corrugated cartons. Custom packing configurations available (skin-packed, partitioned, bulk palletized). FOB Qingdao and Shanghai ports. 20’GP and 40’HQ container loading. Mixed-item container loading is supported. Average lead time: 30–45 days from order confirmation to vessel departure.
